Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and client-facing Business Analyst with solid expertise in the US Healthcare and primarily into Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent conceptual understanding of healthcare business processes, be capable of translating complex business needs into clear functional requirements, and effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, delivery teams, and technology partners.

This role requires exceptional communication, structured thinking, and the ability to drive business analysis across digital transformation, data, AI, and enterprise application initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, operational challenges, and business processes.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
- Analyse existing workflows and recommend process improvements using industry best practices.




- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business rules.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process maps, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
- Facilitate communication between business users, product management, UX, engineering, QA, and project management teams.

Communication Skills: The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate complex business concepts in a simple and structured manner.
- Strong executive presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience interacting directly with US clients and business stakeholders.
