M2P Fintech is looking for Senior Java Developers to build scalable, high-performance software systems that are highly available, transactional, low-latency, and distributed at scale. As part of a cross-functional engineering team, you will work in a fast-paced Agile environment, delivering innovative and reliable solutions that drive business impact.

In this role, you will take ownership of designing and developing complex systems, contribute to technical decision-making, and help drive engineering excellence. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to build robust and scalable platforms while mentoring junior engineers and promoting development best practices across the team.

What You’ll Do in This Role

- Collaborate with Product teams to understand, refine, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive the technical roadmap with a focus on platformization, reusable components, and engineering excellence.
- Own and contribute to key technical metrics such as reliability, performance, scalability, and availability.
- Break down complex requirements into manageable components, identify dependencies, plan iterations, and provide accurate effort estimates.
- Recommend and implement software solutions that address evolving banking and financial services requirements.




- Solve complex technical challenges through innovative and scalable approaches while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules and drive successful execution.
- Mentor and guide team members on structured problem-solving, coding standards, and software development best practices.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

- B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring REST APIs, Spring Security, Web Applications, and MS SQL Server.
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL and MongoDB, along with web servers such as Apache.
- Robust coding skills with a solid foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and complexity analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Working knowledge of software architectures, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities and timelines.
- Prior experience in Banking, Fintech, or a related domain will be an added advantage.
