Job Description:
ROX Hi-Tech Ltd. is looking for a motivated Content & Digital Media Executive to join our team. The
ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with robust creative and digital skills, passionate about
content creation, digital marketing, and brand elevation. This role will give the candidate an
opportunity to directly contribute to building the companys online presence and reputation.




Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals and brand
positioning.
Create high-quality, engaging content across digital platforms including website, social media,
and marketing campaigns.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and brand identity across all channels.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid).
Drive audience engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
Social Media Management:

Lead and scale the companys presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant
platforms.

Develop data-driven content calendars and engagement strategies.
Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to refine strategies.
SEO & Analytics:

Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable
insights.

Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
Creative & Brand Development:

Oversee the design and development of visual assets for campaigns and branding.
