We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Engineer – Field Services to lead ROV maintenance operations, field support activities, technical documentation, and onsite issue management across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage ROV maintenance, troubleshooting, and onsite support activities

Track site-wise performance metrics, issue logs, spare consumption, and maintenance records

Coordinate mobilization, installation, and operational readiness of field equipment

Handle inventory management, procurement coordination, and budget tracking

Develop maintenance schedules,



process workflows, and CMMS documentation

Verify technical reports, inspection records, and operational data

Train field technicians on maintenance processes, safety standards, and operational best practices

Drive effective communication and process compliance across field teams

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines

Certifications such as Six Sigma, TPM, Quality Management, and 5S will be an added advantage
