Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Water Treatment plant Service Technician to install, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial WTP. The technician should ensure high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and timely completion of assigned service calls.

Key Responsibilities

Install WTP as required as per the given guidelines.

Perform preventive maintenance and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services.

Diagnose and repair WTP faults.

Replace filters, membranes, pumps and other spare parts as required.

Test water quality (TDS, hardness, pressure) before and after servicing.

Maintain service reports and update job status as and when completed.

Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance.

Recommend AMC renewals, spare replacements, and upgrades where appropriate.

Follow company safety and service quality standards.

Achieve daily service calls standards and customer satisfaction as required.

Required Skills





Knowledge of Water Treatment plant/others

Ability to troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic smartphone and app usage.

Ability to work independently and travel within assigned areas.

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma / 10th or 12th Pass.

Experience in water treatment plant installation and servicing.

Freshers with technical aptitude may also be considered.

Preferred Requirements

Valid two-wheeler driving license.

Own two-wheeler (preferred).

Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical work.
