We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our company as a Lead in our Travel Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills, expertise in travel desk operations, and the should work night shifts. As the Lead, you will be ensuring the smooth operation of our travel management processes stationed at Noida for global regions.

Responsibilities:

- Lead providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery for employees in US and other parts of the World.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the travel management, including travel desk operations, itinerary planning, ticketing, hotel bookings, and transportation arrangements.
- - Develop and implement travel policies, procedures,



and guidelines to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
- Monitor and analyze travel data, generate reports, and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel management or a related field, with proven expertise in travel desk operations.
- Working knowledge on Egencia.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact
- Robust organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing work schedules as required.
