Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Management Specialist / Lead to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US Talent programs, supporting end-to-end execution of Talent cycles, Workday configuration, and operational governance. This role ensures seamless execution of performance management, succession planning, talent data integrity, and recruitment support processes.

Qualifications & Competencies

- 3-6 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Operations, HRIS, or HR Shared Services supporting US-based processes.
- Strong expertise in Workday Talent, Performance, Succession Planning, and HCM; experience with ATS and candidate screening tools.
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business,



Psychology, or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Knowledge of US employment laws, compliance, and talent management practices.
- Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain data confidentiality, and ensure process compliance in a rapid-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred

Shift timings: US Shift ( 6.30 pm -3.30 am with fixed week off on Sat & Sun )
