Role & responsibilities

- Monitor and manage daily B2B orders across all e-commerce platforms to ensure timely processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics and Platforms for Purchase order processing and on-time deliveries.
- Communicate effectively across departments to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of operational tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams, logistics partners, warehouses and Platforms.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic to Intermediate Level typing speed will be required for this role.
- Candidates residing close to the office location will be preferred to ensure ease of commute and operational availability.
- Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to collaborate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Female candidates preferred.
