enGen Global is looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with robust Healthcare domain expertise and extensive experience in Salesforce and CRM technologies. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic liaison between healthcare customers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver customer-centric, data-driven solutions.

This role requires strong capabilities in business analysis, healthcare processes, Salesforce ecosystem solutions, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Scrum Master responsibilities will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, healthcare customers, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, interviews, and process analysis to understand business needs and objectives.
- Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business users, customers, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate requirement prioritization and support decision-making based on business value.

Salesforce & CRM Solutions
- Drive business analysis activities for Salesforce-based initiatives including CRM transformation and customer engagement programs.
- Partner with technical teams to define Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
- Support initiatives involving Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other CRM-related technologies.
- Analyze customer journeys, engagement processes, and business workflows to improve operational effectiveness.




- Collaborate with integration teams to support CRM ecosystem enhancements and data management initiatives.

Healthcare Domain Expertise
- Work closely with healthcare stakeholders to understand payer, provider, member, and patient engagement workflows.
- Analyze and optimize healthcare business processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulatory, compliance, privacy, and data goverce requirements.
- Support initiatives focused on improving member/patient experience and business outcomes.

Agile Delivery Support
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Maintain and manage product backlogs using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile tools.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize features and enhancements based on business priorities.
- Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements and resolving functional queries.

Testing & Implementation
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users and stakeholders.
- Assist in test planning, validation, defect triage, and production readiness activities.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business, operational, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.




- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in the Healthcare domain, including payer, provider, patient, or member engagement processes.
- Significant experience working with Salesforce CRM and related Salesforce technologies.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, customer lifecycle management, and business process optimization.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Hands-on experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.

Preferred / Added Skills
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaigns, journeys, segmentation, and customer engagement capabilities.
- Experience supporting digital marketing and customer experience initiatives.
- Scrum Master experience or Agile facilitation responsibilities.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations, APIs, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Familiarity with data analytics, reporting, and customer engagement metrics.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance, HIPAA, data privacy, and goverce practices.
