Job Description :

Med-Metrix is seeking an experienced Transition Manager to lead and manage complex Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) implementation and operational projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and healthcare clients to ensure successful project execution, timely delivery, and high-quality customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage multiple large-scale projects and programs simultaneously from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate project activities including staffing, remote access setup, system training, and implementation planning.
- Gather and review operational documentation such as SOPs, workflows, payer contracts, and business requirements.
- Lead project discussions with internal stakeholders and client leadership teams.
- Facilitate weekly project meetings, document minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for implementation-related concerns.
- Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations, timelines,



and Med-Metrix quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, information security, and patient data privacy requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Healthcare Finance, AR Operations, Denials, Billing, or related healthcare operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP Certification preferred.
- Experience managing healthcare implementation projects.
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and payer operations.
