Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee construction activities on site to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve project outcomes.

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies throughout the construction process.

- Manage resources effectively to minimize waste, reduce costs, and optimize productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-7 years of experience in civil site engineering or related field (B.Tech / B.E. Civil).

- Robust understanding of civil engineering principles, including structural design and materials science.

- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
