JD- Primary Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in CICS, COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM
- Experience in z/OS Mainframe environment
- Solid understanding of Batch processing and Online transactions
- Hands-on experience in job scheduling and monitoring (CA7 or equivalent)
- Experience using tools such as File-Aid, Endevor, Xpeditor, Abend-Aid
- Exposure to ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Mainframe applications for UHG business functions
- Work on batch programs and online modules supporting healthcare systems
- Perform debugging and root cause analysis for production and non-production issues
- Handle DB2 abends, JCL failures, CICS issues, and data-related defects
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning,



Daily Stand-up, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coordinate with onshore teams and client stakeholders for requirements and defect resolution
- Follow UHG compliance, security, and audit standards
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Support release activities and post-production validation

Domain & Process Knowledge (Preferred)

- Healthcare domain exposure
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant systems and data
- Experience working in SLA/KPI-driven environments
- Understanding of AgileScrum delivery model
