Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage retail store design projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop detailed designs using Autocad software and SketchUp for recent stores or renovations.
- Oversee the implementation of store plans, including layout optimization, fixture placement, and visual merchandising.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in retail store design management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Autocad and SketchUp software applications.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate development principles and practices.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
