Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
2. Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including internal applications, APIs, and Darwinbox, to ensure accurate and seamless reporting.
3. Leverage Python and Power BI to develop predictive analytics and models that generate actionable insights for employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR decision-making.
4. Collaborate closely with HR, business, and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into effective analytics solutions.
5. Lead and manage analytics projects from requirement gathering through implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
6. Analyze complex workforce data and communicate key insights, trends,



and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Build solid stakeholder relationships through effective communication, requirement management, and proactive support.
8. Manage and support standard and ad-hoc Darwinbox reports for global stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
9. Identify opportunities to automate and improve existing reporting processes, reducing manual effort and enhancing data efficiency.
10. Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across dashboards and reports while adhering to organizational data and reporting standards.
