Role Overview

- Position: ServiceNow SecOps Developer / Service Developer Security Operations
- Experience: 6 - 12 years
- Location: pan India
- Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- ServiceNow Development

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications across SecOps, IRM, and BCM.
- Build scalable workflows using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer.

- Security Operations

- Implement and enhance Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), and Threat Intelligence modules.
- Integrate with SIEM, SOAR, and vulnerability scanners for automated triage and remediation.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track incidents, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps.
