Roles and Responsibility

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to secured business loans.

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets and promote micro LAP products.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell other financial products to existing customers.

- Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
