Lead Technical Execution: Leading development, and implementation of software applications and contribute to architecture, design
- Codebase Management and Process: Maintaining and improving existing codebases and leading peer review processes.
- Team Leadership: Serving as a mentor to junior developers and providing technical guidance to enhance team capabilities. This includes guiding talented technology team members to solve challenging problems quickly and with quality.
