Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop new frozen food products by conducting research on ingredients, recipes, and cooking methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test prototypes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Conduct lab tests to analyze product quality, texture, flavor, and nutritional content.
- Manage the development process from concept to production launch.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in research & development (R&D;) in the food industry.
- Strong background in food technology, food processing, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing recent products that meet customer needs and market trends.
