Job Title: AR Caller Voice Process (Denial Management)

Location: Chennai | Bangalore | Hyderabad

Experience: Relevant experience in US Healthcare AR Calling /voice process is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US healthcare providers.
- Work on Denial Management, claim status follow-up, appeals, and payment posting coordination.
- Resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid claims by interacting with insurance companies.
- Experience in Physician Billing and Hospital Billing is required.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in AR Calling (Voice Process).
- Solid knowledge of Denial Management.
- Experience in Physician Billing and Hospital Billing.
- Good communication and analytical skills.




- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary up to 40,000 per month.
- Best hike based on current take-home salary and relevant experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

* 1-4 years experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare)

* Strong communication skills (voice process)

* Freshers are not eligible
