Role & responsibilities

- Operations Management:
Lead end-to-end operations across Pre-Press, Press, and Binding to ensure production targets, machine utilization, and delivery timelines are consistently met.
- Process & Systems:
Standardize and strengthen processes through clear SOPs, checklists, and simple systems that ensure consistency, traceability, and accountability across teams.
- Quality Control:
Implement measurable quality practices (rejections, rework, first-pass yield) and drive continuous improvement in output quality.
- Team Leadership:
Manage shopfloor teams with clear expectations on output and quality. Drive productivity, accountability, and discipline in daily operations.
- Planning & Execution:
Convert demand into actionable production plans, ensuring optimal use of manpower and machinery with minimal downtime.




- Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Establish structured reporting on production, quality, and efficiency. Use data to identify gaps and drive improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1015 years of experience in manufacturing operations (printing/packaging preferred)
- Proven ability to implement processes and systems in shopfloor environments
- Experience managing operator-driven teams
- Solid understanding of quality control and production metrics
- Hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable working on the shopfloor
- Basic proficiency in digital tools for reporting and tracking
