Mission

- Develop BIW manufacturing process plans.
- Define welding sequences and joining technologies (Spot, MIG/MAG, Laser, Adhesive, Clinching).
- Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), PFMEA, and Control Plans.
- Design and validate BIW welding fixtures and tooling.
- Perform robotic cell layout and cycle time optimization.
- Conduct line balancing and capacity studies.
- Prepare manufacturing documentation and work instructions.
- Support prototype builds, pilot production, and production launch.
- Coordinate with product design teams to improve manufacturability.
- Resolve manufacturing issues during vehicle development.
