Must be experienced in maintaining systems in the MVS mainframe

handson experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprisegrade mainframe applications.

- The candidate must have strong expertise across core mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and associated IBM mainframe utilities to support equity compensation products for the Global markets.
- Hands on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, MVS, Endeavor ISPF, TSO, CICS, Control-M, and basic IBM utilities
- Proven problem-solving abilities and analysis of complex mainframe programs is a must skill.
- Must be experienced in maintaining systems in the MVS mainframe environment.
- Must have worked in Mainframe application development.
- Must be able to negotiate,



influence and work with business peers and management.
- Must have experience of working in an agile workplace
- Ability to understand the requirements and come up with an optimal end-to-end solution
- Must possess strong analytical skills to review the production problems reported
- Able to do unit testing Behavioral Skills
- Candidate should possess highly proficient written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Candidate should possess exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Connect with business partners on critical requirements and work with different teams to derive the solution
