Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting products, sizes, and styles based on their requirements.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS operations.
- Ensure products are displayed as per visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain store cleanliness, stock availability, and inventory accuracy.
- Process stock replenishment and coordinate with the warehouse when required.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and product features.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements

- Female candidates only.
- 310 years of retail experience.
- Mandatory experience in the Lingerie, Intimate Wear, Women's Innerwear, Women's Apparel, Garment, Textile, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Retail, Hosiery, or Intimate Apparel industry.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is preferred.
- Languages Required: English, Tamil, and Malayalam.
