Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Medical Coders for a leading healthcare client. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Inpatient Diagnosis-Related Group (IPDRG) coding and possess a valid CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) certification. Candidates should have strong knowledge of medical coding guidelines and ensure accurate assignment of diagnosis and procedure codes.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate IPDRG coding for inpatient medical records.
- Assign diagnosis and procedure codes using ICD coding standards.
- Review clinical documentation to ensure coding accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines, payer regulations, and quality standards.
- Identify documentation gaps and work with healthcare providers for clarification when required.
- Maintain coding productivity and quality benchmarks.
- Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and regulatory changes.





Required Skills

- Strong experience in Medical Coding.
- Hands-on experience in IPDRG Coding (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of ICD coding guidelines and healthcare documentation.
- Excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high coding accuracy.

- Experience: 25 Years
- Certification: CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) – Mandatory
