Role & responsibilities :

Specialist/Senior Specialist- Chassis will be responsible for EV L1 vehicles.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified to Engineering degree B.E (Mechanical/Automobile)

5~7 years Experience in OEM/similar domain with hands-on experience on ProE - Creo.

Experience on the two wheeler structural fabrication parts

A demonstrable track record in engineering design of components and subassemblies.

Good knowledge of manufacturing processes

Previous experience of casting / forging / Injection moulding parts design is beneficial.

Hands-on experience of creating and releasing 2D technical drawings & 3D models in Creo

Hands-on experience of Creation of EBOM and releasing it in PLM (Windchill)

Good Understanding of geometric tolerances on 2D drawings

Past experience in analysis and optimization of components and subassemblies is preferred.

Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes and a positive understanding of the design requirements for mass production

. Thorough understanding of motorcycle chassis layout and construction.

Experience in designing to regulatory requirements as applied to motorcycles.
