Key Responsibilities:

- Contact US insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers to check claim status.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for outstanding medical claims.
- Obtain payment details for processed claims.
- Analyze denied or rejected claims and identify the next course of action.
- Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards while delivering excellent client service.
- Understand and contribute to the overall Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process.

What Were Looking For

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Under Graduates from 2024, 2025, 2026.
- Basic understanding of US Healthcare/Medical Billing is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US Shift).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare BPO industry.

- Level 1 Virtual HR Interview
- Level 2 Assessment
- Level 3 Technical Interview

Shift Details

- US Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Fixed Week Off: Saturday & Sunday
