SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) Expertise

- Provide expert-level functional consultation on SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM) built on S/4HANA Service / CRM for subscription and usage-based product management.
- Configure the product/subscription master, product modelling, provider contracts, and subscription lifecycle (activation, change, suspension, termination, renewal).




- Design and configure order management processes, order distribution and technical resource / provider order handling.
- Configure integration between SOM and Convergent Charging (CC) for rating and Convergent Invoicing (CI/FI-CA) for billing.
- Design product bundling, discounting, and pricing configuration for subscription offers.
- Configure master data replication and distribution across the BRIM landscape (SOM CC CI).
- Support end-to-end subscription order-to-cash process design and troubleshooting.
- Analyze and resolve provider contract, order distribution and replication errors.

Prepare functional specifications and support end-to-end testing, cutover and hypercare
