We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Generative AI Lead to drive the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging Amazon Bedrock, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), LLMs, AI Agents, and Vector Databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams, defining GenAI strategy, architecting scalable solutions, and delivering cutting-edge AI-powered applications on AWS.

The role requires strong expertise in AWS cloud services, GenAI frameworks, Bedrock, Knowledge Bases, AI Agents, and modern LLM architectures, along with proven experience in stakeholder management and technical leadership.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions on AWS.
- Drive the development of RAG-based applications, AI Assistants, Knowledge Management Systems, and Intelligent Search platforms.
- Architect and deploy solutions using Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, and Foundation Models.
- Define AI/ML roadmap, best practices, governance frameworks, and solution standards.
- Lead a team of AI Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and Developers through the complete project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design data ingestion, chunking, embedding generation, indexing, retrieval, and response orchestration workflows.
- Evaluate and integrate foundation models such as Claude, Llama, Titan, and other Bedrock-supported models.
- Drive prompt engineering, model optimization, performance tuning, and AI solution scalability.
- Establish monitoring, observability, security, and compliance standards for GenAI applications.
- Mentor engineering teams and conduct architecture reviews, code reviews,



and technical workshops.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure, solution performance, and operational costs.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in AI applications.
- AWS Professional-Level Certifications preferred.
