Looking for a seasoned Solutions Architect to serve a dual mandate: acting as the primary technical authority for our enterprise clients, and as a strategic architecture leader within organization's engineering vertical.

This is a hybrid role you will lead solution design and stakeholder engagement from pre-sales through go-live for client engagements, while also shaping internal architectural standards, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of the platforms we build.

Role & responsibilities:

1) Client-Facing:

- Lead pre-sales discovery calls, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with client technical stakeholders, C-suite executives.
- Architect end-to-end solutions tailored to client needs, covering integration design, data architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
- Produce Statements of Work (SOW), technical proposals, architecture diagrams, effort estimates, etc. in close collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
- Liaise directly with customers to gather integration requirements, provide technical clarifications, and facilitate onboarding and support.

2) Internal / Engineering Leadership:

- Provide strategic technical leadership by defining high-level architecture, guiding engineering teams across projects.
- Provide technical governance across delivery engagements reviewing designs, unblocking issues,



and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
- Mentor and upskill engineers, driving code quality, adherence to best practices, and consistent architectural decision-making
- Collaborate with the CEO/leadership team, Product team to define and evolve technical roadmap.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally working with Product, Engineering, and Support to advocate for client needs and resolve blockers

Preferred candidate profile:

- 12 - 15+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, including significant time in a client-facing architect, solutions engineer, or technical leadership role.
- Track record of heading engineering teams, including hands-on mentorship and ownership of architectural decisions (e.g. VP of Technology, Chief Architect, or equivalent scope).
- Proven experience taking products from 01, with strength in Solution Architecture across both backend and frontend ecosystems (e.g. Java/Spring, Node.js, React/Angular, Python).
- Solid background in enterprise software, cloud platforms, or SaaS solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred).
- Hands-on expertise in at least one of: data architecture, security architecture, or application architecture.
- Experience authoring SOWs, architecture documents, and RFP responses
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for on-site client engagements
