Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end delivery for all initiatives taken up by the Bank as part of this RFP,covering ensuring delivery on-schedule, to scope, and within budget, tracking and reporting cost,resource and schedule variances from plan, and developing contingency plans to bring the project back into alignment with cost and schedule commitments.
- Overall Project Management to meet project objectives.
- Responsible for developing and managing project staff and ensuring effective utilization of team.
- Responsible for driving the overall planning, management and completion of projects and technical implementations.
- Provide time estimates for new requirements and obtain sign-off from the Bank.
- Promote best practices and standards and review deliverables to ensure highest standard of delivery
- Plan and schedule project timelines, deliverables and milestones.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress,



risks & issues of the project to all stake- holders.
- Work in an Agile (scrum) and rapid-paced environment where he/she will need to work closely with the business and respond to changing priorities.
- Ensures all project documentation is complete, accurate, and current.
- Analyse potential impact of problem resolution and take corrective measures when needed.
