Job Title: Senior Manager Sales (Neonatal & Infant Care Equipment) Company: Inkarp Instruments Pvt. Ltd.

Reports to: National Sales Manager

About the Role:Inkarp is hiring a senior sales professional to grow the sale of infant care equipment to hospitals. The range covers infant incubators, infant radiant warmers and neonate phototherapy units, along with related neonatal care equipment such as infusion and syringe pumps. You will own the full sales cycle in your territory and carry the territory target.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver the territory sales target for infant care equipment every quarter.
- Build strong relationships with neonatologists, paediatricians, NICU heads, biomedical engineers and hospital purchase teams.
- Generate leads across private hospitals, corporate chains, nursing homes, medical colleges and government institutions.
- Run product demonstrations and clinical evaluations for incubators, radiant warmers and phototherapy units.
- Prepare proposals, manage tenders and handle GeM and government procurement.
- Close orders, coordinate installation and after sales support, and keep the CRM pipeline current.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Eight to twelve years of field sales experience in medical capital equipment, with a clear record in neonatal or infant care equipment sold to hospitals.
- Direct experience selling infant incubators,



radiant warmers or phototherapy units.
- Experience gained at an established manufacturer or distributor of neonatal and critical care equipment.
- A solid network of neonatologists, paediatricians and hospital purchase decision makers in the territory.
- Working knowledge of tenders, GeM, government procurement and CRM based pipeline management.

Qualification:

- A degree in biomedical engineering, life sciences, pharmacy or a management discipline is an added advantage, not a requirement.
- Candidates without these qualifications are equally welcome. Proven sales experience in selling infant care equipment to hospitals is what matters most.

What We Offer:

- Annual CTC Up to 12,00,000 per annum, based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and overall suitability.
- Performance incentive of 0.5 percent of net sales achieved. The incentive applies once 70 percent of the assigned target is met, and is calculated on a pro rata basis.
- The sales target will be shared at the time of joining.
