Role & responsibilities:

Functional & Technical Expertise

- SAP SD/MM exposure with hands-on experience in customer master creation, sales order processing, and invoicing activities.
- Strong knowledge of international trade documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, and shipping-related documentation.
- Sound understanding of Incoterms and their impact on logistics, ownership transfer, freight responsibilities, and customer transactions.
- Experience in logistics and freight management, including shipment coordination, tracking, and resolution of operational issues & Contract Processing.

Business & Operational Capabilities:

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with traders, customers, logistics providers, and internal functional teams & Contract Processing.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to perform reporting, data analysis, and operational tracking to support business decisions.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to identify process gaps, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.




- High attention to detail with a solid compliance and control-oriented approach to ensure process adherence and documentation accuracy.
