Role & responsibilities

Candidate must have an experience in Substation protection & equipments and protection relays Testing field with electrical/circuits branches academic background. Capable to understand the existing control/protection schemes and adapt for the cutting-edge technology evolutions. Handle the Client with skills and experience, technical complication resolving skills & valuable in Communication. Capable of handling the testing kit such as OMICRON, PHONOVA and other secondary injection kits. Site Management Protection configuration, Field Testing/Commissioning, Final documentation, Scheme verification and red markup activities. Shall be able to test independently, electrical Equipment in substation levels up to 400kV GIS/AIS Stations. Testing of all substation components like CT, VT, Breakers (all types), Earth Switch, Isolators, Auxiliary Transformer, Power Transformer, Busbar, functional scheme check of LCC and C&R; panels, Low Voltage Distribution Board (AC & DC) individually.

Preferred candidate profile

Testing of all equipment like CT PT Breaker, Isolator,



Transformer also Transformer Stability & Sensitivity, Bus bar Stability & Sensitivity and Overall Stability. Testing of Auxiliary relays, all types of backup protection relays. Testing of Main protection relays like Bus-bar protection, Line distance protection, transformer protection, motor protection, Line/cable differential protection. Must be familiar and be capable of configuration and testing latest numerical protection relays with client/customer witness.
