Hiring Manager for OD Team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Deliver core soft skills and behavioral programs for US colleagues virtually
- Engage with US colleagues to understand need and customize programs as required
- Meet stakeholders regularly to share progress on training coverage and feedback
- Create content and program design basis TNI/TNA
- Manage the Young Leaders Development Programs for Management Trainees in India
- Design and deliver Team Leader and Managerial programs in India
- Work as a team player in executing programs and reporting progress
- Prepare dashboard with metrics regularly on training coverage and effectiveness of program delivered
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Follow strict timelines on training deliverables

Required Skills:





- Graduate with minimum 8-12 years of OD training experience preferably in a US healthcare services company
- Ready to work in night shifts
- Training delivery experience in soft skills and behavioral sessions for US and India colleagues
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent Planning & organizing skills
- Excellent training facilitation skills
- Very Positive Analytical skills
- Working knowledge of LMS
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Willing to do IC role
