Plan, schedule, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production activities

Ensure timely manufacturing of elevator cabins, doors, car frames, machine bases, brackets, structures, and other components

Optimize production capacity to meet project delivery schedules

Monitor production targets and ensure on-time completion

Ensure all manufactured products meet company quality standards and customer specifications

Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for inspections and corrective actions

Reduce defects, rework, and production waste through continuous improvement initiatives

Maintain compliance with ISO procedures and internal quality systems
