Follow the companys preventive maintenance checklist and service SOPs

Inspect mechanical, electrical, and safety components to ensure reliable operation

Lubricate, clean, adjust, and test elevator systems during every service visit

Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns

Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and controller-related faults

Minimize elevator downtime by providing quick and effective solutions

Escalate major technical issues to senior technical support when required

The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive maintenance, breakdown service, troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring the secure and reliable operation of elevators under warranty and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
