Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technology Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise AI platform capabilities, driving the development of scalable, secure, and cloud-native AI solutions. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate AI adoption and business value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for building and enhancing enterprise AI platforms and services.
- Drive the delivery of scalable, secure, and highly available AI/ML platforms leveraging cloud technologies, MLOps, and automation frameworks.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Data, Security, and Business teams to translate strategic priorities into technology solutions.
- Oversee platform engineering initiatives focused on reliability, observability, performance, governance, and cost optimization.
- Establish and promote engineering best practices, DevOps methodologies, Infrastructure as Code, and platform standardization.
- Lead cross-functional programs and technology initiatives to ensure successful execution within timelines and budget.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation,



and operational excellence across platform delivery teams.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence technology adoption through effective communication and change management.
- Support workforce planning, talent development, performance management, hiring, and team engagement initiatives.
- Track and communicate business impact, operational metrics, and value realization from technology investments.
- Stay current with industry trends, AI advancements, cloud technologies, and modern engineering practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- Robust experience leading software engineering, platform engineering, or cloud technology teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, along with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms, MLOps, data ecosystems, or enterprise-scale platform delivery.
- Proven ability to manage complex technology programs and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience driving high-performing teams in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information systems or similar fields of study or equivalent advanced level experience
