Eligibility
- BCom Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer
- Prior experience in the Banking/NBFC sector with exposure to Gold Loan operations
- Valuable communication and presentation skills
- Ability to conduct offline classroom training
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Gold Loan products, processes, and customer handling.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions and assessments.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide continuous support.
- Prepare trainees for industry requirements and placements.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with both Banking/Gold Loan domain experience and training experience.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
