Role & responsibilities

- Execution in charge for the Current and Retro fit Showroom Civil & interior, MEP works.
- Monitor works on a daily basis and reporting in terms of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Attend all design and site review meetings.
- Ensure necessary co-ordination and resolve the design clashes in co-ordination with the Line Manager.
- Regular supervision, monitoring and reporting of Site activities
- Co-ordinate with Architect / consultants and client
- Interact with Line managers & vendors on all issues
- Monitor site works in terms of site quality and drawing implementation to agreed specifications
- Maintain checklist and joint verification of measurements with vendors.
- Snagging & De-snagging and assist in handing over formalities.

Preferred candidate profile

BE Civil with 5 - 10 years of experience in Civil and Interior fit out is mandatory

Candidates willing to be stationed at Project locations ( across South India) until completion are preferred
