Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer (West)

Location: West India (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad)

Job Summary

This position will report to the Sr.RSM and will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the sales service to the customer.

Responsibilities

- Develop and grow profitable sales for the Milton Roy Business through Distribution or OEM channels in the West India region.
- Closely work with West region channel partners in closing the sales.
- Partner, drive, and support Distribution to grow the business.
- Share and provide product, application, and market expertise to Distribution.
- Analyze market trends, opportunity descriptions, business cases, reports, etc., and provide conclusions to the Sales Leadership.
- Provide product, sales, technical support to customers and product training to Distributors and OEMs when needed.
- Introduce and follow current products or local initiatives.
- Collaborate with Order Management, After sales service, Marketing, Customer support, Engineering, or Product Management on problem-solving strategies.

Basic Qualifications:



An engineering degree in Mechanical with solid business skills is an advantage.

Travel Work Arrangements/Requirements

- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in B2B/OEM/Distribution sales of Industrial Products.
- Experience in Rotating equipment preferably from Pumps Industry.
- Fluency in regional and English language required, another language is a plus.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel around 50 to 60% of the working time.
