Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven US Recruiter with 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across IT and/or Non-IT domains while working with direct clients, implementation partners, or staffing firms.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the complete US recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate compensation, rate confirmations, and joining timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.




- Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Leads, and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure compliance with US recruitment processes and documentation requirements.

Required Skills

- 2 years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruitment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market.
- Hands-on experience using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
- Good understanding of US tax terms, visa classifications (H-1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN, EAD, etc.), and employment types.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
