Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Cloud solutions, custom development, and AI-driven Salesforce capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in US Healthcare implementations and hands-on expertise across Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce platform technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that support healthcare business processes, patient engagement, provider management, care coordination, and customer service operations.

Required SKills:

- Solid experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Force.com Platform
- Experience designing and developing custom Salesforce applications and integrations
- Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex,



and Platform Events
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-driven automation capabilities
- Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns
- Experience working in US Healthcare domain with understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI/PII data handling, and healthcare data security standards
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR and HL7 (preferred)
- Proficiency in Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in Agile environments
