Role & responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, statutory regulations, and client safety requirements at the worksite.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards, and implement corrective actions.
- Carry out Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Conduct safety induction programs, refresher training, and daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Monitor the implementation of the Permit to Work (PTW) system for hot work, confined space entry, work at height, lifting operations, and electrical work.
- Ensure proper selection, use, and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all personnel.
- Monitor high-risk activities such as lifting, scaffolding, excavation,



confined space, hot work, and work at height to ensure safe execution.
- Inspect firefighting equipment, emergency response systems, first-aid facilities, and emergency exit routes to ensure operational readiness.
- Conduct routine inspections of tools, machinery, lifting equipment, electrical equipment, and work areas to ensure protected working conditions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe occurrences, prepare investigation reports, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, safety observations, inspection reports, and compliance records.
