JOB DESCRIPTION:
SALES
Making sales order & Special warranty order System Records
Making Prospect, Quotation & Sales order in CRM
Making Machine Clearance Form & Coordinate with sales admin to clear the machine to plant
Follow with financier for Delivery order & Machine payment
Checking of monthly machine billing in SAP
Checking of outstanding payment from the customer & dealer
ACCOUNTS
Handling of Cash & Cash Book
Handling Impress account
Maintaining C Form
Making margin money receipt for the customer
Collection of outstanding payment from the customer
Job Location:Kolathur,Chennai,
experience: 0-1 yrs
