Job Responsibilities

- Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and promotions.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drive coordination.
- Generate sales leads and follow up with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for loan and documentation processes.
- Ensure timely completion of sales documentation and vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
- Freshers with excellent communication are welcome.
- Prior experience in automobile, retail, or showroom sales is an added advantage.
