Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (e.g., Business Administration).
- 0-1 years of experience in Employee Benefits Management or a related field (EbM).
- Strong understanding of finance principles, particularly as they relate to employee advantages.
- Proficiency in GMC (General Medical Council) guidelines for healthcare services.
