We are Hiring for Senior Manager Finance Charted Accountant Qualified for our Manufacturing Plant in Walajabad / Kanchipuram Chennai

1. Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational plans.
- Analyze financial performance, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- Generate insightful financial reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
- Monitor and control costs, identifying opportunities for cost optimization while maintaining high-quality standards in product development and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for strategic business initiatives, investment opportunities, and expansion plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate financial feasibility and potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, including medical device industry-specific regulations.
- Coordinate financial audits, reviews, and tax filings in collaboration with external auditors.
- Manage and forecast cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for daily operations and future investments.




- Implement strategies to optimize working capital and manage capital expenditure projects.
- Identify and assess financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies to safeguard the financial health of the organization.
- Maintain a robust internal control framework to prevent and detect financial irregularities.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Delegate tasks and ensure timely completion of financial activities.

1. Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Experience within the medical devices industry or healthcare sector is preferred.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to business decisions and initiatives.

1. Qualifications / Experience:

- CA with Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. MBA or relevant certification (CPA, CMA, CFA) is advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in finance and accounting roles, with a focus on financial management.
