JobSummary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UXDesigner with 4 to 7 years of experience in Motion Design, Graphic Design, andUser Interface (UI) Design. The ideal candidate has a proven track record oftransforming complex user needs and business goals into engaging, accessible,and visually appealing digital experiences. This role will focus on deliveringpixel-perfect UI designs across web, mobile, and native applications.

Responsibilities:
Designand Development:

Createintuitive and visually stunning user interfaces that enhance user experienceacross platforms (web, mobile, and native applications).

Designmotion graphics and animations to deliver interactive and engaging experiences.

Developwireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with projectrequirements.

User-CenteredDesign:

Collaboratewith stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and designgoals.

Conductuser research and usability testing to refine and enhance designs.

Ensureaccessibility and usability are at the forefront of all designs.

Graphicand Visual Design:

Developcreative assets, icons, graphics, and motion visuals that complement userinterfaces.

Maintainconsistency in design components, typography, and color schemes to ensure brandalignment.

Collaboration:

Workclosely with developers, product managers, and other designers to ensureseamless implementation of designs.





Presentdesign ideas, prototypes, and solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback forimprovements.

RequiredSkills and Qualifications:

Experience:4-7 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, motion graphics, and visualdesign.

DesignTools: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator,Photoshop, and motion design tools like After Effects.

UI/UXExpertise: Robust ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendlyinterfaces and experiences.

MotionGraphics: Experience in creating animations and interactive designs to elevateuser engagement.

Prototypingand Testing: Knowledge of prototyping tools and user testing methodologies tovalidate designs.

ResponsiveDesign: Experience designing for web, mobile, and native applications with afocus on accessibility.

SoftSkills:

Strongcreative and analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.

Abilityto communicate design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively in a teamenvironment.

Proactiveapproach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Education:

Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-ComputerInteraction (HCI), or a related field.
