- Job Description: Franchisee Acquisition Sales

professionals across the following locations:

- Hyderabad
- Bangalore
- Chennai

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in Franchisee Acquisition, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Partner Acquisition.
- Proven ability to onboard franchise/channel partners and expand business networks.
- Candidates from Stock Broking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, or Financial Distribution backgrounds will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.

Key Requirements of the Channel Partner

• Client Acquisition: Actively prospect and onboard new clients in sub-broking and distribution

channels.

• Networking: Build strong relationships with local investors, sub-brokers, and distributors to

expand reach.

• Market Penetration: Identify untapped geographies and investor segments, positioning franchise

services strategically.

• Relationship Management: Maintain long-term trust with partners and clients, ensuring repeat

business and referrals.





• Revenue Growth: Drive brokerage and distribution income directly through personal efforts.

• Talent Chance: Candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, client

acquisition, or relationship management are encouraged to apply. Individuals with strong

networking skills and the potential to identify and develop franchise partners in the open market

will have excellent growth opportunities. Training and support will be provided to help them

succeed in franchise acquisition and channel expansion.

• Eligibility: Candidates from Broking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Financial Distribution, with sales
