Job Title: Senior SAP BRIM FI-CA Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP BRIM FI-CA Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM), specifically in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in configuring SAP FI-CA processes, integrating BRIM components, and delivering end-to-end billing and revenue management solutions across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support SAP FI-CA within the SAP BRIM landscape.
- Design and maintain business processes related to Contract Accounts, Billing, Invoicing, Payment Processing, Collections, Dunning, Returns, Refunds, Write-offs, and Clearing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable SAP BRIM/FI-CA solutions.
- Configure Business Partner Master Data, Contract Accounts, Payment Methods, Dunning Procedures, Correspondence, and Account Determination.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including SAP FICO, SD, Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Charging (CC), Subscription Order Management (SOM), and CRM to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS), coordinate with ABAP developers, and validate custom developments, enhancements, interfaces, and reports.
- Perform configuration, Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution for incidents and change requests.
- Support data migration, system upgrades, release management, and enhancement initiatives.
- Prepare project documentation, knowledge transfer materials, user manuals,



and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, project standards, and quality guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in SAP BRIM with strong expertise in SAP FI-CA.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FI-CA)
- Billing & Invoicing
- Payment Processing
- Collections & Dunning
- Returns, Refunds, Write-offs, and Clearing
- Business Partner & Contract Account Configuration
- Solid experience integrating FI-CA with:
- SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
- SAP Convergent Charging (CC)
- Subscription Order Management (SOM)
- SAP FICO
- SAP SD
- Solid understanding of end-to-end Billing and Revenue Management processes.
- Experience in SAP configuration, functional design, testing, production support, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of IDocs, APIs, interfaces, middleware, and integration scenarios.
- Experience working on at least one end-to-end SAP BRIM implementation project.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA BRIM implementations.
- Hands-on exposure to SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Subscription Order Management (SOM).
- Experience working with SAP Activate or Agile project methodologies.
- Experience preparing Functional Specifications (FS) and collaborating with ABAP development teams.
- Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.

Nice to Have

- SAP BRIM and/or SAP FI-CA Certification.
- Experience in Telecom, Utilities, Media, Subscription-Based, or Recurring Billing industries.
- Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, Integration Suite, CPI, or other SAP integration technologies.
- Experience in mentoring junior consultants and leading small functional teams.
